Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen I may have mentioned before but I have found that playing music is proving to my sanity salvation. Music is stronger than PTSd. (At least for me.)

PVT Mark Brown Before my wife's first cancer surgery her surgeon got her into a music therapy program that got her through all the surgeries. She still uses that playlist to chill out.
