The problem with Al Franken compared to everyone else, (and I mean everyone) is that there are pictures, instead of he said she said. There is substantial proof and the possibility that he has some responsibility for said actions. And while I would love to hop on a band wagon I believe it is important to maintain the position of guilty until proven innocent. As a NCO and as an American I believe it's important to recognize someones rights.
