I think this would be a major concern if ISIS surges with the express intent to get in and get out with this type of material. They have shown they are adept at blitz type attacks, especially after having infiltrated the populace with their belief system

Good intel and immigration control are our best defenses. However not all terrorist come from a foreign land, thus intel gathering is important to us all.

You made a very important point. Sometimes the enemy is within. Good Intel gathering is huge in trying to prevent attacks.
