As a Squad Leader, it was very important to me that my squad members: were allowed to keep their rooms the way they wanted. I also wanted to make sure that they got some extra sleep-in; such that I buffed the hallway floor- during the last half-hour of the IG inspection.
Leadership values were exceedingly important to me; as Squad Leader. I tried to lead by example.
