Proposed bill would create path to repatriate Medals of Honor sold overseas

Proposed legislation would allow Americans to purchase Medals of Honor found overseas and return them to the United States for educational purposes, repairing an unintended consequence of the Stolen Valor Act that banned importing the military medal.
