This app is well worth installing on your smartphone from your app store. I woke up this morning and used the app to get my day started. I had a stressful doctor's appointment today. I got there early by 1 hour so I could do mindfulness de-stressing. I put myself to sleep and almost fell out the chair.
The pamphlet was in the anesthesiologist's office. It was provided to help patients calm themselves before surgery. And as you can see it is geared towards persons with PTSD.
I hope this share will benefit someone.
