So this happened in Pittsburgh. Seems like this is becoming more frequent; i.e. Dallas and Miami. Your thoughts?

Sounds pretty standard to me.
Military pilots get flight hours, police get a low down on capabilities they might not have and may wish to buy, and exercise coordinators get to rehearse interoperability and deconflict communication issues.
Same kind of thing we do with foreign militaries all the time in Hohenfels and other places.
