Yeah especially the Lewis guns those are hard to find almost as bad the FG42.

Growing up near Hartford CT we would often go on tours of the Colt plant there. I remember they had a section devoted to ideas that never quite made it. Mid 1800s was a hotbed for innovation in guns and Colt had many that never went into production.

That must be awesome probably the only reason is personally go to Connecticut.

Not sure that Colt plant is still there, it was their original plant from the 1850s. I would hope that section made the move to the current plant, but who knows.
