Be sure to research the carriers carefuly, been through a couple and didnt look into them hard enough and was treated like a tax break and money maker while only getting a few hundred bucks a month while busting my butt for them, dont say no just be sure you know all you can, been doing since i was 21 when i got my CDL, Army i was member of a team, went back to driving and im a number, there is a carrier out there for you so look

You are correct there are some carriers out there that tend to pay entry level much lower than most of us. With our company you work with the terminal where every driver knows each other, as well as the TM and driver manager. It is a team and family atmosphere and works very well. Research them and you will find the right company. Our motto is #itsallaboutthedriver for a reason.

Just looked over all the posted info and was impressed, sad to say im on workmans comp where i was rear ended by a suv after i had gotten onto the interstate with 40,000lbs building my speed up to the posted limit and suffered a neck injury. Like your reply CSM.
