News flash: media entities are not impartial and have been used by governments to foster a narrative and further their objectives for many, many years. Anyone who thinks otherwise need only turn on any channel for ten minutes.
What Russia is doing is overtly operate a media entity as an IO platform. I am surprised they admitted as much, and doubly surprised that they are indignant that the US labeled them a "government agent".
