Questions Raised About Kamala Harris's Eligibility to Become Vice President

If the 1st line of the article is "It should be noted at the outset that this is not a conspiracy theory" then you shouldn't write the article. Because it is. I detest her and her politics but she is eligible.

This is established law. The courts, including the Supreme Court, do not need to rule in it for it to be so. Nothing in the Constitution, or the 14th Amendment, bars her from being President.
