Here we go again. This is like deja vu all over again as Yogi Berra used to say. Obama and Biden had big plans for a high speed rail system when Obama was President. Americans spent $billions of tax dollars on high speed rail systems and much of what was built is no shut down and in moth balls.

I would really like to see rail travel become more popular. I traveled all over Europe and parts of Asia by rail and loved it.
My first time on a train was when I completed Dog Handler School in 1964. We traveled by rail with our dogs to our assignments. At that time it was the only approved means of transporting the dogs. It was a great trip. I loved it.
This country should be leading the world instead of playing catch-up.
