Commanding at any level should be conducted from a positive perspective. Having said that what pussy went and cried about being spoken to in a mean way?

I am conflicted. I have made derogatory remarks about subordinates....hopefully to their face with a good reason...like not to demean them.

I have seen it, where the comments were made as weapons.

All that being said, what comment warranted the relief? Hope it was over the top otherwise "Are we headed to a zero defect Army?"
