Rattled by CBO report, moderate Republicans turn against GOP bill

Moderate republicans are a rare species, but it's good to see that a few of them still have the balls to stand up to this.

Moderate republicans do whatever the media tells them to do.

The problem with analyses by organization like CBO, it can't predict behavioral patterns of people. If States all committed, every American who fit the requirement abided to the mandate = growth of exchange markets and confidence of insurers to participate and compete. Change just one of those variables drastically and the whole thing collapses.

CBO is making same argument for AHCA as it looks now. Since they can't include Ryan's phase 2 and phase 3 changes to regulations, the AHCA as it stands today without any further immediate changes after implementation would be as much of a disaster so many are claiming ACA of being. This AHCA is nothing but a repeal without a replacement with a hell of a lot of tax incentives for upper class.
