Record Ratings and Record Chaos on Cable News

The NYT is admitting cnn no longer competes with fox, they are competing with msnbc which is driving the ratings of msnbc down. Some on the left still think they are a news organization, but they are in constant ratings wars for profit. If "blood leads" and they need to maintain business relationships for ad dollars, they have a vested interest in leading with blood... at any cost.
