Capt Dwayne Conyers We just bought some Hatch Chile Peppers today, 8-31-2018.
Peppers toasted in the rotating drums of hardware cloth over a propane flame as done in current demos in local So CA supermarkets leave the Chiles with a bot of charred debris which Mary Ann doesn't suit her, she would rather roast them under the broiler of our stove.
Tomorrow’s, 9-1-2018, local demo is 10 to 2 PM. Bristol Farms, Newport Beach. See y’all?
