It's good to pay it forward. When most people are out to only better themselves, this guy probably turned around a lot of families financial struggles.

I'mnot buying it. It was painfull reading. When he did this I read his company was in trouble. And his employees were quiting since there was no way to move up in the company. I'm sure he received a lot of resumés. Starting salery of 70,000 no experience required.

TSgt Kenneth Ellis You and me both. I remember reading about how his best and highest paid employees went to work somewhere else because they didn't think it was fair that they didn't receive the same pay raise he gave to the lowest paid employees. I think they had a valid reason. If you pay everyone the same salary, where is the incentive for someone to take on more responsibility?
