So let me get this straight...
Congress investigated Benghazi within an inch of its life, investigated the 9-11 attacks, is investigating Planned Parenthood and wanted to investigate the Clinton Emails and the Clinton Foundation. And now, even with an "Investigation and Oversight" committee that HE IS ON, he's saying that the House is "not equipped" to investigate crime?
Or is it that he doesn't have the WILL to investigate THIS?

It's a joke to believe Congress and their staffs would be better at criminal investigations than a non-politicized law enforcement group. Congress needs to do what they do best, get reelected.
