I am growing to hate that man more and more with everything I hear. He is a spineless vindictive coward. In his last two days in office, he sent $221 MILLION dollars to the Palestinians, and a half BILLION dollars to the UN Green Climate Fund.
That's like... if you have a maxed out credit card, and he was to take his friends out for an extravagant dinner using your credit card. IT'S NOT HIS DAMNED MONEY!!! That was money that could have been used to help veterans. It could have been used for all kinds of things IN AMERICA!!!

The money was apparently approved by Congress:
"Congress had initially approved the Palestinian funding in budget years 2015 and 2016, but at least two GOP lawmakers — Ed Royce of California, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Kay Granger of Texas, who sits on the House Appropriations Committee — had placed holds on it over moves the Palestinian Authority had taken to seek membership in international organizations. Congressional holds are generally respected by the executive branch but are not legally binding after funds have been allocated."
