Research: Companies Are Less Likely to Hire Current Military Reservists

Interesting research. I am fortunate enough to have a great employer who provides a month of paid military leave per year for my Reserve duties. But there are a lot of cases where USERRA and ESGR don't matter as employers can discriminate other ways and either not hire or fire Guard and Reserve service members. What are your thoughts.
