I firmly believe that advances in nano-tech are going to render our grandchildren effectively immortal. They'll still die to accidents and murder, but not disease or old age.

SGT (Join to see) - Particularly when it advances to the level of being able to manipulate individual atoms (which will certainly happen). Then, you're going to start seeing things 'grown', not manufactured. The possibilities are endless. That'll be the start of post-austerity.
