Retired Baby Boomers, Not Lazy Millennials, Are Driving the Labor Shortage

I have no sympathy for businesses right now. They brought this upon themselves. Businesses have been abusing workers for at least forty years. The only reason it's an issue now is that people can now stand up to these businesses.
Want people to work? How about making front line workers enjoyable or at least less miserable? How about treating people with respect instead of like a line item on an expense report or an expendable commodity? People used to work two jobs to get ahead. Now they work two jobs to stay afloat. The only reason a lot of older workers are still in the workforce is insurance.

A story that cherry picks specific day a points, doesn't put them in a broader context, refuses to give you the underlying data AND was either poorly edited or not at all deserves little respect.

I am not saying the take here offered is untrue. I am saying that it is unconvincing. Show me the numbers.
