Retired general calls Trump's 30-day ISIS order 'sophomoric'

Actually, I don't think Donald is talking about the same "top" generals. Let's face it. President Obama hasn't been commanding the war on terror or against ISIS. He can't even say the words. He has been relying on advisers and diplomats for direction in the war. Obviously, they haven't been doing too well. So Donald rightly says he'll call for a new plan. Good. I like the sounds of that. We need a new plan. And no, I don't expect any Presidential candidate to formulate one and announce it to the world. We've already seen the disasters caused by candidates announcing their diplomatic intentions before even winning the office and then carrying them out after the enemy is fully aware of and prepared or them.
