Philippines has a lot of retirees, in 1996, I believe DFAS had 9K retirees there. This office is a great resource and EMO has been there for years/decades. It is a different type of retirement. The weather is great.

Good info to post. There are a few RAO's spread around the PI. EMO's RAO in Baguio City , RAO's in Subic, Angeles City, Manila, Cebu, Davao City, Iloilo City. It's a nice network of assistance and info to retiree's in the PI, also coordinate US Embassy VA and Social Security outreach to veterans in the PI.
