The strike on the Children's hospital was recorded. That one was more than likely Friendly Fire from one of their own AA missiles, just like the one in Poland.

Russia is using missiles from North Korea which are unreliable at best then say you started it. Common practice of the old USSR. The Putin A.K.A. old school KGB is trying to bring it all back to life.
