Rex Tillerson confirmed as secretary of state

I think Tillerson has a chance to be a good Sec of State. He following the footsteps of two complete failures at that same job, so the bar is set pretty low. We already lost our chance to keep radical islam from taking large swaths of the middle east, so that ship has sailed. On a good note, he can just be nice to our friends and be a major upgrade over Kerry and HRC.
