Rick Santorum says Barack Obama 'exacerbated racism' in the US

You mean by his nomination and election in 2008 brought all the racism out of the homes onto social media, rallies, and streets to show their disgust at having a Black president for the first time in US history....then....yeah I guess Santorum the Ignorant has a point. Always blame the Black guy for the racist behavior of other people. Think some of us are familiar with that argument.
