It seems that faking news will take on a whole new meaning when we soon will be able to create videos of people appearing to say anything we want them to say. That we will be able to create faked videos with all the believably of faked photos. Imagine the confusion and anger that will breed. Who will be able to trust?

We already have the ability to create CGI models of dead actors. I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't already happening to some extent.

It is already being done. Examples were shown on TV last night and I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
