RIGHT ANGLE: INTERNET ANGER

We've discussed Internet Anger on RP a couple of times. It's interesting to see others come to similar conclusions about the effects of frustration, anonymity, etc. I find it fortunate that we are generally far more respectful than most other social media such as Facebook. I also found the conclusion interesting, suggesting that we pause after responding, take a deep breath, and read what we have written. I do this and it's saved me from many embarrassing moments.
