Thanks for sharing the news that chef Robert Irvine is making an effort "to reshape how American troops eat wherever they are stationed or deployed" SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
I used to eat at the Pentagon food court sometimes but usually ate in one of the basement dining areas which were open 24 hours based on my schedules.
It will be interesting to see how "Irvine’s restaurant, located in the Pentagon’s main concourse" will draw those who work in the building. Hopefully the prices will be reasonable.
It may well stand out among the building’s other food options, which include fast-food chains like McDonald's, Burger King and Popeye’s Chicken.

There is only ONE place open these days open 24/7 and their food in less than desirable, their customer service is even worse! No choices exist after about 4pm, its sad.

SGT (Join to see) - that is sad. When I worked I supported one of the ops centers there used to be a sandwich/burger place a couple levels down which was opened 24/7 and tended to serve good food [1998-2006].

OUTSTANDING, CHEF!! SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL
I Pray that Chef Irvine's program is put into FULL effect- for our troops.
Even that prospect, makes me very happy.
-Indeed, in the Lord's name, Margaret
