"A sergeant with the police department said the sailors were getting into drunken fights mostly with one another". Nothing new. They work hard while afloat, and blow off steam ashore.

Sailors being charged with drunk and disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. That never happens in the US Navy or any other branch.......LMAO
