I understand, few I've ever spoken with have, for the most part. My object here is to seek help and or advice as to how the svcs might be encouraged to make use of it. To not seems an utter waste, being as VA has as I'd mentioned, extensive involvement with it, I'll send that in a few mins id forgotten to re-send that also. I mean, consider: The program could provide a basis, I should think, for involvement of those, like myself, who'd be most eager to use it in a fashion to directly aid the svcs, apart from existing programs the svcs have for volunteers. Other programs exist, I've looked those up as well, however this one differs from those in sevl regards. It's covered by different regulations, and, I think, is, for that reason, inherently more flexible than many other existing programs. The problems, as I see them, are that few, as I'd mentioned, even know it exists, along with there being ño express mandate to have a given organization make use of it, directly, at least none I've ever found. I'd thus be most eager for any thoughts, as I'd said also, I'll try to send the link to the VA material in a few mins, many thanks.

Here's the link, I'm not sure if it'll upload, if it doesn't, you should easily be able to find it using Google, I should think....
