This expanded power should scare the shit out of Americans. From everything I have read, it broadens the scope of a single warrant. I may be wrong, but by my understanding, once the warrant is issued, they can hack any computer associated with the suspect. It no longer requires the specificity of which devices can be hacked. Additionally, it allows any justice of the peace to sign said warrant. A judge in Florida giving authorization to Hack a computer in Oregon is not a good situation.
