Rules of Engagement and Disengagement

Great article, I am a member of USCCA as a mater of fact. That said know all this and be able to process it faster than being asked for your last four. The only thing worse than the aftermath of using your weapon to DEFEND human life is for you and or your family attending the funeral of a loved one because you second guessed yourself until it's to late to defend that precious life.
