Chief, your manuscript brings back memories of my service in Haiti. Haiti was the cross-docks for both illicit drugs and liquor to the U.S. Finding a cross-dock makes you a target of either drug catels, political vendetta and/or, as you concisely put it , the Rum Runners. However, finding even one dock takes you to the depths of jungles or into political backyards. Haiti was an experience for me for sure Chief.
