More fear-mongering about Russia IMO. Yes, Russia could conduct such an attack, but so could China, or India, or North Korea for that matter. And I'd be a whole lot more afraid of North Korea actually planning such an attack than Russia. Remember, Russia uses the internet for its own benefit. North Korea doesn't use the internet at all, except as a means to attack/exploit governments and people of other countries.

You make some good points. I think that when major nation states fight the next time, it will be using Cyber as Prep-Fire. Just has we used artillery or bombing Germany before D-Day. We have had two World Wars....both every said it would never happen. WWI was the war to end all war....maybe WWII was just a rerun? I would never say there would not be a WWIII....history shows many said that in the past....with egg on their face...if they survived.
