I suspect that it would be a bump ride at 400 mph "flying" through turbulence at that height, especially over high seas that can kick up strong eddies of air currents.

The North Atlantic is not known for its calm seas. The last time I researched about this type of aircraft I learned the type of waves (not double digit size) it can operate in before it's unsafe. This puts it in good weather only category.
