Hmmm...perhaps things are really about the kick off if they are ordering evacs. The scary thing is do they really trust NK to not just lob stuff at any target that is close by if things really do kick off? I wonder what that means for NK's ME allies, too? Are they secretly ramping up if NK kicks off WWIII?

Since it is coming from a British tabloid I would not worry about it.

WOW, 1500 people evacuated. Let me adjust my tin hat... there now, what if, Russia is planning an action from along this 24 mile border so it would seem like it came from North Korea... The evacuation would insure no one saw his forces in the area to talk about it...
