Russia's Massive Naval 'Cannon' Could Crush a Navy Destroyer in Battle

Here is my question, with today's missile technology, can you even get close enough to an opposing ship to use it before being sunk.

80 rounds per minute from 2 guns with 180 round magazine of 130 mm. Guess they have no gun-control issues with magazine size. Good share.
