Of course because Communists do not believe in profit I'm sure it's really cheap. Just the cost of Venezuela's sole.

Russia hasn't been "Communist" since the Berlin Wall fell. While the government still controls many aspects of the Russian economy, private enterprise in Russia is alive and well-- and flourishing.
