Guess who will have the last laugh? Though I find it comical that Russia thinks it is a Superpower still given the fact it is a real stretch for them to even mobilize 100,000 troops, a disintegrated Navy and Air Force as well. The only reason they are not on total ignore by our foreign policy makers are the Nuclear Weapons and I am willing to bet that the majority of those do not even work anymore given all the recent bluster the Russians have been doing about modernization.
