Somehow his mom is also involved here....

And, other key folks have deferred their statements.

Kinda sounds to me like these kids was out doing things they shouldn't be doing and now there is scrambling to keep them from looking like the "ugly Americans."

A party at Club France? Really? Can't you forego partying for a few days until you arrive home? What's more important? Self gratification or representing your Country?

Obviously, I don't see them as the poor victims....
