WRONG! It doesn't matter if he had a CHL or not! Confronting LEO's w/ a hand gun is the WRONG idea!! Common sense says.... BAD idea!!

I think the sailor is damn luck he did not get shot, is stupid for not following LEO command. But it goes right along with the story I posted earlier about the firefighter that died in Maryland. Both involved entry into a location by uniformed personnel. This is why education is needed on CCW and the law in your state.
