Good for him. Time to move out of "crazy" city and nutty state and somewhere he will be appreciated.

I was never vaccinated because I suspected there was something not quite right about the whole forced agenda of it.. then I thought, “Well if it’s touted as a high protection for you, why are you worried about me being un-vaxxed?”

*Not “you” specifically Lt Col Charlie Brown but the Vaxxed in general were quite paranoid of we the Unvaxxed. Paranoia, fear, uncertainty, instability are some profound results of a biological attack by our enemies.

Sgt (Join to see) - I was not paranoid, scared, uncertain, or unstable. One cannot live their life in fear. I have family members, co-workers and fellow disciples of Christ that did not, and still refuse to this day to get the covid vaccination. Our relationships are solid, and we respect each others' choice.
I was vaxxed when my opportunity came up. I didn't and still don't worry about the covid vax, its just another shot. I have received more vaccinations in the military than most people receive in a life time. I was not required to get the vax, it was my choice. I drive bus for local school and I had to wear a mask for almost two years, if I had students on the bus. That was a federal law, but I enjoy driving the after-school trips, so I complied. Sometimes leadership, is just plain stupid, and common sense left the building years ago. This was stupid, because the students were not required to wear masks during the day in class, but were required to wear them on the bus to basketball games, wrestling matches and so on.
My personal belief, if I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and living life according to my moral standards and faith, God will bless me, I completely believe this. There are no coincidences in life, because God is at the Helm, everything happens for a reason.
It's been two years since I received the covid vax, and I'm still here, working full-time, drive school bus part-time, and work on our family farm.
Life is good, and I'm am blessed!

Sgt (Join to see) He needs to sue the police department in my opinion. I refused to get the vaccine. I never trusted it and still don't no matter what anyone says. If my school district said I had to get it I would have just retired.

You were blessed not to have a hassle, Cpl Vic Burk But it’s become apparent that when one is living in a Blue state, conservative freedoms and common sense actions get the short shrift.
