Sgt Wayne Wood The middle east is the best reason for expediting research on renewable fuel sources. Get off oil, pull all forces from the region, and let them kill each other.

Sgt Wayne Wood - yes in deed. The Ryadi family from Indonesia owned the only other massive amount of low sulfur coal was owned by the Ryadis. They funneled money to the Clinton campaign (Bill) via John Haung. Haung disappeared only to reappear at a Hillary fund raising no event and got arrested. I can't imagine why the press didn't make more out of this...oh , yah, she is a Democrat!

I would list climate change, and cleaner air and water... however the middle east is definitely tied for second place with cleaner air and water.

The US can produce enough energy to supply our needs. The problem is price point, and artificial restrictions. We have natural gas, coal and extractable oil to last a long time. Saudi Arabia and OPEC allowed crude prices to free fall and that Hurt Hamm who was exploring and producing oil in the Bakkan oil formation.

Oil prices seem to be bouncing back up, so I'm guessing that tensions are indeed rising.

SSG (Join to see) Gas prices seem to go up instantly with the price of oil, but they don't come down as quickly when the price drops. Gotta love it.
