Savannah says 'no more' to smooching soldiers in St. Patrick's Day Parade

Women have kissed the soldiers forever here in my town. This year since we had Pence in town for the parade & the Secret Service, they discouraged the kissing for security purposes. As a resident, I usually skip the parade & I did this year also. However, years back, it wasn't uncommon to see Rangers plastered with lipstick after the parade. Totally out of uniform but Savannah loves her Rangers!

It wasn't Savannah that said no kissing, it was Big Army and the Good Idea Fairy Conglomerate. It didn't go as the Army planned though. Civilians still rushed up and kissed the Soldiers. Sorry, some traditions are not meant to die.

OK, gotta admit, that's certainly unique....
