SSG Derek Scheller Do you mind if I share this? I have co workers and users who would not only benefit from this, but need to see this. I generate funky passwords that are nonsensical in an effort to irritate them into creating a new password, but if they don't it is at least secure.

SSG Derek Scheller - Much appreciated. Funny thing about messages, when they come from a co worker, or the company, they tend to be regarded as over reacting. When you can show them a resource that confirms what you have been telling them for years, it sinks in.
