Now, here's an interesting idea. Human beings are wired to worry. Indeed, those who don't worry don't survive. Thus, it seems that the Preamble to the Constitution should have been written: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity AND keep us properly worried, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
