But ESG Regulations will prohibit it from being mined. This will probably be true in California and Minnesota. But current (Pre -Biden) EPA regulation say it has to go to china, you know, ticket processed. So much for environmentally safe green energy!

LTC Stephen Conway - That makes our political chess game with China seem even more like a game, because we have a need to depend on China economically for production in that way and many others. like vaccine and pharmaceutical production along with India, so many cell phones and other electronics come from there. How can cell phones, tablets, computers (or their components) from china be any more trustworthy than Tik Tok?
