Earth endangered by new strain of fact resistant humans

Studies show that there are some people who are resistant to facts. Have you encountered people like this? I try to help by providing facts whenever discussing politics but now I know these people are resistant to facts. Now I understand why people are voting for Trump.

Hell, that's been coming on for decades. At least since Dr. Timothy O' Leary!!! But even without the drugs, politicians and news people have perfected ignoring facts in favor of fiction for a very long time.
